Lead the project-focus team to establish a sound master plan for Perai land development and gain approval by TNB Approving Authorities
Customers:
Standard and timely service delivery
Excellent development plan that creates investment value
Financial:
Practice prudent financial management to ensure effective budgeting of the unit
Income generation through land bank business
People:
Stimulate capacity building to develop internal capabilities in commercial project development
Accountability & Responsibility
Manage project development, implementation and monitoring of whole development strategy to ensure long term sustainability.
Exercise sound business judgement, identify, investigate and analyze development opportunities including innovative solutions.
Oversee property development project including due diligence processes, procurement processes, risk mitigation and delivery within approved budget.
Prepare timely, accurate and professional project reports.
Manage relevant project documentations including various agreements.
Create and oversee implementation of work plans to support approved development strategy.
Source and manage relations with all stakeholders including consultants, contractors and regulators.
Liaise with and regularly present to Management and any Approving Committee in collaboration with Head of Project.
