LGM Properties Corporation (LGMPC) was established as a Corporation under the Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) Act 1996 since 1st January 2002 and it began its operations as the commercial arm of MRB on 1st July 2002, primarily focused on three core business sectors that is property management, plantation, and consulting services.
LGMPC was established to generate revenue for MRB through their commercial properties and the provision of management as well as consultation/advisory services to MRB. Besides that, LGMPC also offers property management and consultancy/advisory services to persons or bodies involved in rubber or rubber related industries.
LGMPC’s commercial properties include rubber plantations, palm oil estate, office buildings, bungalows, houses/quarters and facilities all over Malaysia.

Educational Qualifications
Diploma or Degree or it's equivalent in Multimedia and Graphics Design.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Work closely with Executive of Corporate Communication, Head of Unit in providing visual / media support for Corporation’s branding identity development, graphic and design as well as refining the creative concepts on the website and social platform;
Conceptualise and design final artwork (poster, banner, video, etc..) for print and digital media.
Work with the various division within the Corporation on a creative project.
Collaborating meeting material to graphics presentations from other divisions.
Study the management requirement and propose artwork accordingly.
Consistently lookout for interesting ideas and create content for social media.
Maintaining the website and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & RESULT AREAS
Creative thinking, resourceful, proactive, and good attitude to produce new artwork, ideas & concepts.
Support in the development of graphic artwork for the various media platforms (printing, digital, social, etc.)
Collecting content for design (photo, Videos, activities, etc.)
Design graphic artwork for meeting presentation, printing, and digital media.
Updating information on website & social network;
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of assigned work.
MUST HAVES
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate holder and credit/kepujian in Bahasa Melayu & English.
Diploma or Degree or its equivalent in Multimedia and Graphics Design;
At least 5 years of working experience in advertising, graphic design, or related fields.
Experience in using Creative Suite: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Professional. Knowledge in Dreamweaver, Flash, and Canva is an added advantage.
Talent for all elements of design, layout, and typography;
Talent in photography & videography (planning, creating, editing & visual artwork);
Knowledge in HTML and CSS templates and JavaScript Able for UX interface;
Experienced and ability in handling/updating website and social media.
IT and shooting props savvy.
SOFT SKILLS
Good illustration skills and video editing is an added advantage.
Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's ideas.
Excel under pressure and thrive on challenging deadlines.
Highly independent, meticulous, conscientious, original, and fun
Willing to do shift work, work on Public Holidays and weekends.
Able to communicate well and a fast learner.
Able to work in fast pace environment and fulfill ad-hoc tasks.
