Positions:
1. SENIOR MANAGER, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Lead NPD projects and identify potential new products that is in line with GTM direction;
- Consumer research, trend analysis, competitor analysis;
- Collaborates cross-functionally to drive the Customer to Concept process to bring new products to market;
- Present new ideas to BERNAS Management Team and GTM Committee to gain permission in developing new products;
- Prepare cost analysis on the development of a new products;
- Liaise with potential contract manufacturers to explore business opportunities;
- Conducts product trials and optimise product mix;
- Ensure that new products meet the related regulatory requirements and within company's specifications; and
- Support and assist sales and marketing team regarding technical / products related matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Business Study or equivalents;
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience within product development or business development roles;
- Business development and experience in food industry or food product development is preferred and project management skills;
- Possess interpersonal skills, idea generations, coaching skills, project management skills, stakeholders management skills, high level of negotiation, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills; and
- Open minded, team player, win with consumer mindset, can-do attitude and superb time management.
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER, ERP & ANALYTICS
Job Description:
ERP Analytics is responsible for developing and maintain simple to complex enterprise dashboards, reports and analytics. This position will be responsible for ETL, dashboard design, advanced data visualization, deployment, automated reporting applications, coding, testing, debugging, file maintenance routines and documentation.
Accountabilities:
1. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
2. Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
3. Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
4. Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
5. Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources
6. Develop data transformation, data model, reports and dashboards
7. Deliver processes and procedures to facilitate data warehousing in conjunction with dashboards and reporting
8. Provide recommendations for business processes improvement
9. Ensure all support requests are resolved accordingly and effectively within agreed SLA's
10. Develop, update and maintain documentation for design, development and reporting work
