- Warganegara Malaysia
- Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang ekonomi/perakaunan/kejuruteraan mekanikal/kewangan atau lain-lain bidang berkaitan dari institusi pengajian tinggi yang diiktiraf.
- Lulus dengan Kepujian dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu di peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau setara.
- Berpengalaman dalam peraturan-peraturan ekonomi, analisa kuantitatif, memimpin kumpulan kecil.
- Berkebolehan untuk berinteraksi secara berkesan dengan kumpulan teknikal dan pihak atasan.
Job Responsibilities:
Industry Study Department
- Overall Incentive Based Regulation (IBR) review and tariff submission - base Single Buyer Generation Costs and tariff.
- Imbalance Cost Pass Through (ICPT) monthly and periodic review (analysis & simulation) to Suruhanjaya Tenaga, management and Finance Division.
- Preparation of Manageent/Board of Director papers/slides on ICPT/generation costs.
- Preparation of communication material on ICPT/generation costs.
- Highlight ICPT issues/generation cost/revenue requirement model - IBR submission, Single Buyer Generation tariff and subsidies analysis (Base case & actual)
- Half/Annual subsidy submission to Ministry of Finance.
- SLA financial project
- Analysis on Single Buyer Generation Costs for optimization and sustainability
- Risk matrix of new PPA
- Highlights of issue under PPA/SLA/PEA
- Analysis on estimated SIngle Buyer Generation Cost and tariff to ST/NRECC.

Latar Belakang
Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. is an 80% owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and 20% by the State Government of Sabah. It is a vertically integrated utility providing reliable generation, transmission and distribution services in the state of Sabah and the Federal Territory Labuan. SESB is committed to developing the electricity infrastructure in the state of Sabah and the Federal Territory Labuan including the implementation of the Rural Electrification Program.
SESB generates, transmits and distributes electricity. It is the only power utility company in Sabah supplying electricity distributed over a wide area of 74,000 sq.km. As of December 2014, a total of 533,243 of which 83% (442,516) of the customers are domestic customers contributing only 33.2% of the sale in kWh. The SESB installed capacity (excluding IPP) of the Sabah Grid which supplies electricity for major towns from Federal Territory Labuan to Tawau is 448.7 MW and the maximum demand is 830 MW (as of December 2012).
