Job Scope:
Responsible for the overall status update packaging of new project proposals / bidding documents.
Responsible to review customer's project requirement and preparing Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure.
Responsible to review and evaluate project schedule & work breakdown structure from subcontractors.
Responsible to plan, execute and monitor overall project implementation and project progress.
To ensure the project completion within the contractual period.
Responsible in ensuring the quality of project delivery is in compliance with Customer's Requirement.
Responsible for the management, execution and monitoring of the secured DCS and PPU & SSU EPC Projects.
To establish and maintain close working relationship with project team to gather sufficient information to support Head of Department.
Ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of all report submitted to Head of Department.
To ensure tracking of projects activities with respect to the actual physical progress against approved contractual schedule.
Ensure the compilation of monthly progress report on all projects activities.
Reporting on actual work progress issue that affect project delays and cost overrun.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, , Premavera, , Baseline Program
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Experience in hands on Microsoft Project and Premavera expert is an advantage.
Experienced in producing baseline program with minimum level 5 program.
Shall be able to produce program with resources landed.
Experienced in monitoring mega project work more than RM100M value.
Closing Date : 24 August 2018
