1. Senior IT Park Support
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in troubleshooting of IT/Networking and system support maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting of network switches, fiber ports, and Local Area Network (LAN) ports is a MUST.
- Record of experience in supporting the retail POS systems and hardware.
- Competent in Windows 7/10, Office 2010 or latest, MAC and Dell Desktop/Laptop support
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Detail oriented & strong follow through.
