Sejarah

Sejarah berkembangnya AIM berkait rapat dengan penubuhan Bank Grameen. Sejarah bermulanya Bank Grameen adalah apabila Dr Muhammad Yunus, Pensyarah Ekonomi di Universiti Chittagong Bangladesh menjalankan kajian pada tahun 1976 mengenai golongan miskin yang jarang melibatkan diri dalam dunia perbankan.

Daripada kajiannya mendapati golongan miskin ini tidak berupaya untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka adalah kerana tidak mempunyai modal yang mencukupi. Oleh itu, Prof. Yunus mencadangkan bahawa jika golongan miskin ini diberi suntikan modal pada masa dan situasi yang betul pasti akan dapat membina sebuah pembangunan yang pesat.


Jawatan:

Objectives of Position:

Provide support in the daily operations of sending, receiving documents and registration of documents at the Land Office, banks and related agencies also assist the RO Unit of the Kuala Lumpur Branch.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in submitting & collecting official document from related agencies such as banks, ASNB and EPF for the branch.

2. To search for documents at AAM and government departments such as National Registration Department and Land Office in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area.

3. To assist on registration of documents at the Land Office, High Court and Inland Revenue Board in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area.

4. Responsible in handling and submitting for signature of Commissioner for Oaths and Attorney.

5. Responsible in handling, recording, submitting & collecting incoming/outgoing files/documents at files room in order for easier extraction as per QP and Company Circulars.

6. Responsible in managing and recording monthly stock of branch.

7. To assist and involve in branch marketing activities as and when required.

8. To attend to any other duties as maybe assigned by the Head of Branch or Superior from time to time i. e stock take, marketing activities, special projects and social activities of the branch


Qualification / Requirements:

• STPM / Diploma in Marketing / Finance/ Business Administration or equivalent.


Experience

• At least one (1) year working experience in related field.

• Liaising with government agencies, corporate agencies and financial Institutions.

• Good communication skills


Required Skill:

• Possess own transport and valid driving licence

• Passionate about learning new knowledge and framework

• Display high commitment to quality and thorough approach to work
