Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet) is the national payments network and shared central infrastructure for Malaysia’s financial markets.
As the national provider of financial market utilities, PayNet aims to build inclusive, accessible and efficient payments and financial eco-systems for Malaysia. In line with this developmental objective, PayNet’s shareholders do not receive dividends, and surplus profits are instead re-invested to ensure that the nation’s financial market infrastructures and payment eco-systems are resilient, competitive and accessible to all.
Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is PayNet's single largest shareholder, with eleven Malaysian's financial institutions namely, Malayan Banking Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, AmBank (M) Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad, as joint shareholders.

Our Logo
With the merger of MyClear and MEPS to form PayNet on 1 Aug 2017, a new logo was created to reflect PayNet’s role as Malaysia’s premier payment network and provider of Financial Market Infrastructures for Malaysia.
Our icon in the form of six vector arrows converging on a core communicates our function as a shared payments ‘network’ and central infrastructure for financial markets, connecting financial institutions, payment institutions, and other market participants in Malaysia. Furthermore, the icon underscores the inherently collaborative nature of our role, working in conjunction with financial institutions, business and Government.
The colours reflect our heritage, with orange symbolising MEPS and blue symbolising MyClear, while green denotes the new combined entity moving forward. The colours are solid, reflecting trust, stability and the pivotal role PayNet’s plays, while our bold typeface reflects our confidence, energy and dedication of purpose.
