Tenaga Nasional Berhad (disingkatkan sebagai TNB atau didagangkan sebagai Tenaga Nasional; TENA, MYX: 5347) adalah syarikat bekalan elektrik yang terbesar di Malaysia. 1. LEAD (CYBER OPERATIONS)

Position Title

Lead (Cyber Operations)

Head (Cyber Security)

 

Mission (Sources of Values)

• Customer: To inspire trust in TNB customers by having effective cyber protection against all kinds of cyber threats
• Financial: To provide comprehensive digital protection to TNB against a diverse range of cyber threats
• People: To develop greater cyber security skills and build a best-in-class cyber security program

 

Accountability & Responsibility

• Lead in defining TNB’s cyber threats detection and response.
• Be a thought leader in security engineering and operations delivery - driving automation, analytics, and advanced threat analysis.
• Develop and mentor staff through open communication, training and development opportunities, and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation.
• Keep abreast with emerging cyber security threat trends and issues, and understand business related cyber security risks and support requirements in developing strategic plans and requirements.
• Develop an enterprise cyber detection and response strategy and approach, as well as collaborating with other Business Units and Divisions.
• Develop and maintain an educational environment where the knowledge and performance of the group is constantly advancing.
• Establish operational foundations, defining metrics and KPIs to drive governance, quality, and efficiency. Influence and improve existing processes through innovation and operational change.
• Measure and report security metrics and performance.

• % of cyber threat case/incident resolved within agreed SLA/OLA
• % of cyber threat case/incident escalated as major incident
• Cyber security incident/alerts trending in TNB 
• Feedbacks and inputs to other units in Cyber Security as well as TNB top management

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of working experiences in cyber security related fields 
• Experience in cyber incident response
• Experience in threat hunting/threat intelligence/digital forensics is an added advantage
• Professional certification in the related field is an added advantage
• Knowledge in scripting such as Visual Basic, Python and C/C++ programming is an added advantage
