Operations and Maintenance:
- Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of all plants ( district cooling plants and solar plants) with focus on electrical systems and solar systems.
- To develop, establish, direct and coordinate the overall operations and maintenance with strategies and action plans of the facilities current assets and future assets.
- To establish operations and maintenance procedures, implement preventive maintenance program, drive improvement program for all facilities and track the effectiveness of these programs.
- To oversee all M&E equipment operations and building works maintenance .
- To ensure statutory compliance and being the primary contact in respect of all estates maintenance and development matters, undertaking risk assessments and organizing emergency procedures.
- To implement and support the relevant SOPs and workflows pertaining to overall Facilities and Support Services.
- To supervise and ensure that all client’s works are carried out as stipulated in the client’s agreement and improve on Service Level Agreements and its relevant legislations.
- To plan and develop the overall operation & maintenance budget and be accountable for its execution and control.
- Monitor and review implementation of all activities and projects to ensure that they are managed according to client’s requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
- To analyze and review all progress reports and proposals to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness prior to submission to management.
- Responsible to plan and provide exposure, training and development opportunities for employees to ensure that they are professionally competent and fully certified to statutory requirements.
- To manage, coach and motivate staffs of the unit in order to build and sustain an effective team capable of achieving the objectives of the unit.
- Responsible to review, evaluate and approve (where authorized) the procurement of materials and services based on recommendations submitted by section managers and executives and to ensure compliance to company’s procurement policy, procedures and practices.
- To make sure the adherence to safety measures are taken in all working area for all Units in the O&M Unit.
- To plan and formulate business operations strategy and policy pertaining to the activities of the unit in a concerted and focus manner in order to achieve business targets.
- To establish and maintain close working relationship with existing and potential clients and ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business opportunity.
- Responsible to identify and initiate synergetic initiatives such as strategic alliances with other business partners to enhance competitive advantage.
