Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Job Description:
- To monitor, coordinate and administer the quotation and tendering process, including the contract management of the Company;
- Vetting of draft quotation and tender documents, contract agreements, Bank Guarantee and all other documents pertaining to quotation, tender and contract in order to ensure compliance with Company’s procedures;
- Providing legal services and advices on procurement and contract matters so as to safeguard the Company’s interest; and
- Reviewing the terms and conditions of contract and procurement policy for effective quotation, tender and contract management process.
Skills Required
- Degree in Law (LLB) or Degree in Legal Studies or Master in Law (LLM) from a recognised institution;
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in related field;
- Good knowledge of all laws enforceable and its updates;
- Computer literate;
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
- Strong analytical & influential skills;
- Self-confident and has ability to work in a team;
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and
- Possess integrity and positive attitude towards the job.
