Malaysia Airports has come a long way since its incorporation in 1992 when it was corporatised as Malaysia Airports Berhad from its previous standing as a state-run airport operator. In 1999, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad was incorporated as a public limited company and listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange (Bursa Malaysia), becoming the first Asian airport operator to go public and only the sixth in the world to do so.

Job Description

To perform operation & maintenance task to :-
  • Ensure maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreement.
  • Ensure respond time according to service level Agreement.
Essential Position Functions
  • To handle day to day activities in the Department by answering telephone calls, taking down and relaying messages.
  • Responsible on receiving and preparing work requests for all complaints.
  • To monitor on the recording and registration of work requests and work order generated.
  • To assist division secretary in department administration.
  • To assist in typing documents, correspondence and memorandum.
  • To receive, open, date stamp, record and distribute incoming mail and outgoing mail.
  • To assist in opening new file when required and to maintain, updates for all incoming and outgoing correspondence / documents.
  • To assist in monitoring of staff administration matters ie Staff Attendances Record, Leave Application, Claim Expenses etc, for all staff in the Department.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative.
