Compensation and Benefits

Manage end to end process of staff claim management on monthly basis.
Maintain staff medical benefit record.
Provide company’s Guarantee Letter and maintain the record.

Training and Development

Process staff training application and registration and maintain training record file.
Monitor staff training schedule and post training; collect training attendance, training evaluation form and training certificate.
Ensure the payment of the training registered been paid within timeline.


Assist in recruitment process; job posting, email applicant notification, and administer interview test.

Filing & Documentation

Maintain department supplies and process invoices for payment.
Maintain employee and departmental files.

Secondary Function(s):

To perform any other tasks or duties deemed necessary to the daily operations instructed by Immediate Superior.

Minimum requirement:
  • At least a diploma holder in Human Resource Management/Development or any equivalent field.
  • At least has 1 year working experience in Human Resource or any related function.
  • Fresh graduate in related field is encouraged to apply.
  • Good at Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
  • Has knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and familiar with Human Resource function.
  • Good command in English, both writing and oral.
  • Has strong personality in willing to learn, punctual and detail oriented.
