Position:

1. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER


Job Description:
  • Provide strong business partnering and support Business Unit’s HR and Administrations department, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, financial and budget planning of the department and company’s administration activities.
  • Developing and implementing HR and Administrations initiatives in line with organisational objectives.
  • Analyse, plan, develop, implement and execute accordingly on Human Resource policies and procedures to provides best practices and ensure implementation throughout the organization.
  • Manage and supervise on the implementation of learning and development throughout the company such training needs and competencies, training plan, execution of induction, technical and soft skill training and knowledge retention.
  • Execute and manage management team’s decisions on short- or long-term HR and Admin initiatives in line with company’s business direction and goals.
  • Liaise and communicate with management team on strategic counsel on all people matters.
  • Manage, monitor and propose on the talent management, recruitment, career development, succession planning, organization development and performance management.
  • To liaise with Government Agencies or local authorities on application or renewal of related licences/certificates.
  • Liaise with Centre of Excellent team in deployment of the Group HR strategies and initiatives.
