Latar Belakang
Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) adalah sebuah badan berkanun di bawah Kementerian Kerja Raya yang menguatkuasakan peruntukan di bawah Akta Arkitek 1967. Fungsi utama LAM adalah melaksanakan pendaftaran serta mengawalselia tatakelakuan Arkitek Profesional, Arkitek Graduan, Perekabentuk Dalaman dan Pelukis Pelan Bangunan berdaftar serta Praktis Perundingan Arkitek dan Rekabentuk Dalaman bagi melindungi keselamatan dan kepentingan awam.

Positions:
1. IT EXECUTIVE
Scope of Work
In charge of the Board's application systems to ensure the system is running smoothly according to the process, troubleshooting, system installation, configuration and administration of application system (application management, database management & network).
Perform hardware and software support, network administration, data/system security, data archiving and restoration, data housekeeping, network/servers performance analysis,
Involve in planning, proposing, acquiring and management of necessary hardware and system software licenses.
IT asset management, record keeping and documentation (with regards to application documentation, IT-related activities, hardware/software/network, licensing, subscriptions and etc.)
Administration of third-party service agreements for the facility infrastructure systems to ensure the contracted services are being provided in a timely manner and in accordance with contract specifications
Forecasts major facility replacement requirements, and prepares budget recommendations for capital and operating budgets to maintain facilities in safe and sustainable operating condition
Liaise with management and external IT consultant for IT implementation and expansion planning
Participate in any IT-related projects assigned by superior
Participate in other projects/tasks as assigned - attending meetings, preparing minutes & etc.

Graphic design skills will be an added advantage
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of working experience
Required Skill(s): VB.net, PHP, ASP. NET MVC, HTML, web server configuration and administration (IIS), and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and website development, strong computer skill in Microsoft Office Suite & other business-related software systems
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Good analytical & communication skills, self-motivated, team player & able to work independently with minimum supervision
A permanent post will be considered based on performance.
