1. INTERN, TRANSFORMATION OFFICE

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manages e-commerce accounts (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
• Responds to enquiries on lubricants and offline-to-online (O2O) in e-commerce
• Ensures Auto-Reply enquiries & FAQ Assistant management are consistent in e-commerce
• Responds to enquiries on refunds and returns/cancellations (if required)
• Executes e-commerce Ads based on the company’s framework
• Compiles competitor pricing, sales analysis and ongoing/past product promotions in e-commerce platforms
• Assists the e-commerce Coordinators in day-to-day operations
2. Acts as the main liaison between customers and workshops for O2O
• Determines the customer’s preferred workshop
• Checks with the preferred workshop on stock availability
• Shares relevant customer information with workshop
• Assists workshop to confirm appointment time with the customer
• Develops Forms for post-service customer review and collects the reviews for analysis
3. Acts as the main liaison between workshop & PLMM
• Verifies workshop’s proof of service completion submission to PLMM
• Facilitates payment from e-commerce platforms to PLMM and from PLMM to workshop
• Provides weekly updates to PLMM O2O Team and Finance Department
4. Project Discovery Coordinator
• Coordinate project implementation matters such as data cleansing, user and material readiness
• Post goes live support on user feedback, data collection for reporting purpose
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Business Studies & Other Related studies
• Organised & detail-oriented
• Has strong aptitude and/or experience in customer service especially as the front-facing point of contact
• Has a keen interest in developing acumen in e-commerce platform management & marketing
• Preferably is able to undergo the internship with a duration of 6 months
