Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company operates in two segments: Port operations and Bulking services. The Port operations segment is engaged in port services and construction services, including construction of port facilities, handling of cargo for liquefied natural gas, petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gas, general cargo, container, dry bulk cargo and other ancillary services. Positions:

1. IT TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

• To install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of computer related Hardware, Software, Network Equipment, Firewall, Internet, E-mail, Active Directory (AD),
• System Applications, Office Applications and Anti-Virus to ensure accessibility and the facilities are in the optimum working condition.

Skills Required:

• Minimum SPM (pass six subjects with credits in English / Bahasa Melayu / Mathematics) with Certificate or Diploma in IT from a recognized institution;
• Any working experience in the related field is an added advantage;
• Knowlegable in various operating system and reporting & documentation skills;
• Good communication and customer service skills – able to write and speak in both Bahasa and English;
• No height phobia and not colour blind; and
• Willing to work or travel on weekend, public holidays and odd hours when required.
