Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE DEFECT MANAGEMENT/TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Job Summary
- Responsible for Voice of Customer (VOC) to gauge the customer satisfaction level for product and service improvement.
- Responsible for monitoring adherence of deliverables in accordance with customer requirements and expectations.
Job Accountabilities
Technical Support
- Attend to and compile feedback from Customers i.e voice of customers (VOC) on Products, services and customers preferences and satisfaction level.
- Assist to analyze, evaluate and recommend the VoC to relevant stakeholders for Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd future products considerations.
- Attend to customers' queris on technical aspect as and when required.
Customer Satisfaction Index Survey (CSI)
- Assist on managing and conducting the CSI survey exercise.
Handing Over Kits
- Assist on handover kit product product availability, content and quality improvement as and when required.
Hand Over Vacant Possession
- Attend and carry out pre-VP inspections for VP recommendation, pre-HOVP inspections and HOVP briefings to purchasers at site.
- Supervise, monitor and liaise with contractor as and when required on handling over vacant possession.
Quality Walkabout
- Assist to conduct quality walkabout for projects to be handed over prior to CCC issuance by Project Management Team (PMT).
Defect Complaints
- Monitor and follow through defect complaints and rectification works closure
- Assist to register, monitor and ensure closure of defects for unsold units PMT/ Defect management Team (DMT)
Contractor Supervision
- Monitor contractor work as and when required
- Assist in planning and ensure high standard of maintenance / defect rectification work processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and records on maintenance / defect relation works.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture / Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in property related field.
