Position:
1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE
GROUP MARKETING AND INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
Responsibilities:
• To implement marketing plans and activities, track marketing and leads data, and identify areas of
improvement to meet leads targets as specified in the Business Plan and budget to achieve
company’s goals and objectives.
• To assist Head of Group Marketing and Senior General Manager in Digital Marketing efforts to meet
the Business Plan objectives, in all regions.
• To manage all social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Official Website, You
tube, Tik Tok etc.
• To create creative post and marketing campaign to increase the engagement between customers
and SIRIM.
• To prepare content such as writing material, photo and video for social media updates.
• To coordinate all social media channels in a consistent ‘on brand’ manner in line with marketing
objectives.
• To analyse and prepare the report for data and feedback from customers and public to improve
performance.
• To maintain SMS blast, e-mail blast, mobile apps, any other digital tools develop by marketing.
• To conduct survey and other marketing strategy for social media channels.
• To implement outstanding digital marketing campaigns across the official website, social media &
advertising to suit to the sectors as identified as per business plan.
• To assist to grow number of potential followers/subscribers of social media platforms and work
together with Strategic Communication Section.
• To respond on customers' requests and enquiries on social media channels.
• To identify, assess, plan and execute advertisement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably majoring in Business Administration, Management of
Technology or Economics with minimum 3 years of related working experience.
• Technical discipline in any related fields economics, management
• Experience with exposure to external industrial community and government departments and
familiar with issues relating to events management, marketing, customer relation/reception
services and external environment.
• Have general knowledge and strong interest in working with various levels of people.
• Must excel in Microsoft Excel especially pivot table
