Sustainable Energy Development Authority of Malaysia (SEDA Malaysia) is a statutory body formed under the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011. The key role of SEDA Malaysia is to administer and manage the implementation of the feed-in tariff mechanism which is mandated under the Renewable Energy Act 2011.

Positions:
1. TEMPORARY OFFICER, HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
Requirement:
- At least Degree in business administration/ public administration/ office management or equivalent that is recognized by the government of institutions of higher education or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto;
- Have working experience in asset management will be an added advantage;
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; and
- Have knowledge in computer and Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
Responsibility:
- To check current assets belonging to SEDA Malaysia and to identify its location;
- To prepare listing of assets to be written off;
- To register and record purchase of new assets;
- To ensure proper record and filing for documents involved; and
- To perform any other jobs assigned by superiors or management team.
Potential candidates must possess the following:
- Excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline;
- Meticulous in work, with strong attention to details;
- Ability to work under pressure and with all levels of society;
- Able to work independently and proactive in carrying out the day-to-day duties;
- Have a strong sense of urgency; and
- Able to work sometime beyond office hours.
