Job Description:
- To assist HR Manager on covering full spectrum of HR function for Malaysia and Indonesia
- Work closely with HR Manager to ensure organizational success and achieve business objectives through various HR initiatives
- Bridging the management and employee to achieve a harmonious, performance driven, agile and entrepreneurial work-culture
- Coordinating and Driving employee engagement & retention, talent development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, etc
- Work closely with payroll house on monthly payroll administration & execution
- Key contact of government authorities (ie MOHR, IRB, EPF, PERKESO, etc) to ensure compliance with local employment regulatory, tax, audit, reporting requirement
- Drive and position organization to be the employer of choice & a great place to work
- Assisting in Office Administrative Task
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as HR Generalist, preferably in a multinational company
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
- Relevant experience in Retail/ FMCG industry will be added advantage
- Good knowledge & experience in employment law
- Passionate in people with strong social intelligence, and ability to establish engaging relationship
- High degree of integrity
- Excellent negotiation & influencing skills, self-motivated & independent
- Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
