1. MANAGER, PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATION

Job Roles:
This position reports functionally reports to the Procurement Committee (“PC”) through the PC Chair and administratively to the Head of Shared Services; the candidates are required, amongst others, to:
- To provide the procurement secretariat and administration services to the Corporation;
- Lead the operational procurements;
- Maintain an effective working relationship with key stakeholders as well as working and coordinating with other departments to review procurement-related information;
- Assist Management in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of procurement affairs by periodically reviewing the relevant policies and processes, human resources, and systems requirements;
- Overseeing the Management of records in-line with the relevant policies and procedures. This includes the review of the relevant policies and procedures in accordance with the review cycle or as and when necessary;
- Together with the Procurement Advisory and Control, to support Management in managing risks related to procurement;
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring all direct and indirect reports.
Job Requirement:
- Possess a degree in Finance, Business, Management or relevant courses;
- Preferably at least eight years of working experience in Management, procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, logistics or finance functions;
- Minimum two years in supervisory roles in the above-mentioned functions;
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and office administration functions;
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Words, Excel, and PowerPoints;
- Familiarity with the accounting system;
- Experience or qualification in project management is an added advantage;
- Strong analytical skills in big data and information;
- Knowledge in risk management and internal control;
- Resourceful, able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
