Requirements:
- Minimum of SPM/STPM level
- Diploma/Certificate (SKM Lvl 1/2/3) in HVAC will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as technician
- Experience in HVAC will be an added advantage
Skills & Characteristics:
- Knowledge in HVAC system (especially Split Unit and Chiller)
- Independent
- Able to take orders
- Excellent disciplinary trait
Duties And Responsibilities:
- To carry out repairs or maintenance works and corrective maintenance works to all types of building equipment in a safe, timely and professional manners
- Responsible for the overall upkeep works of all properties/assets unde Sapura Resources Berhad
- Assist in developing on Planned Preventive Maintenance, maintain update log of preventive maintenance activies while tracking daily utility electrical consumption
- Carry out Plan Preventive Maintenance Schedule or Routine Inspection as necessary and planned work order as required bu superior/engineers
- To prepare and monitor minor upgrading work at all properties under Sapura Resources Berhad
- Manage and monitor outsources contractor/vendor
- Report equipment breakdown, root cause concerns to management/superior or engineer or Lead Technicians to ensure that all systems and operations are running smoothly and in accordance with procedures and guidelines provided by headquater
- Responsible in providing necessary coordination and assistance to Superiors/Facilities Manager at all commercial site under the management of the Company and its subsidiaries
- Provide necessary supervision and advise on matters pertaining to mechanical/electrical/civil works of building services
- Plan/prioritize work load to support work order production and ensure efficient use of working time
- Attended meetings with the clients and responded to any enquiries/work order/work request and problems through correspondences and follow up action as and when required
- Identify spare parts requirements and control log usage
- Ready to receive instructions from supervisors depending on the priorities of the job scope and skills
- To comply with the Company rules and regulations
