Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to assist in the execution of human resource functions such as staffing, recruitment, compensation and benefits as well as performance evaluation for the Commission, by carrying the following activities:
- Executing recruitment activities such as talent procurement, identification, selection and onboarding;
- Assist in implementation of staff total remuneration package, compensation & benefits, and rewards management;
- Handle HR operational activities such as employee transfer, promotion, staff movement, services and others;
- Assist in the administration of yearly staff performance management;
- Assist in administering staff misconduct and disciplinary; and
- Maintenance and updating of employee’s information in HR systems
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Management or other related fields of study from university accredited by the Government;
- Minimum four (4) years’ working experience in handling various Human Resource functions
- Resourceful and knowledgeable in HR procedures and policies.
- Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Proactive with strong networking and relationship building skills;
- Possess good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills;
- Possess a positive outlook, disciplined and results-oriented; and
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experienced in handling government payroll system is an added advantage.
