Position:
1. CLERK, CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
The Job:
• To prepare cheque for staff claims, entering and monitoring the cheque issue in the system timely.
• To prepare monthly creditors reconciliation to ensure the balance due to third party transaction are taken up.
• To prepare journal for collection received from CIMB-deposits and gas payment.
• To prepare journal the account receivable.
• To assist accounts executive on monthly closing to ensure accounts deadlines are met.
• To key in journal from Human Resource (Salary), bank direct payment (Banker’s), staff salary deductions, debit note for inter-company and staff medical deduction.
• Proper arrangement of the documentation for filling to ensure all the invoices and payment vouchers are filed accordingly.
• Assist auditor in finding document for yearend closing.
• Prepare reimbursement for Head Office, Southern Regional Office (SRO) and Eastern Regional Office (ERO) key in transactions claims to ensure all are accurately and properly recorded in JDE claims.
Requirements:
• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experiences in related field and accounting system.
• Good command in oral and written English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, initiatives and able to work independent.
• Positive working attitude, meticulous attention to details, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• General understanding of operation of gas supply business.
