Positions:

1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE (COMPLIANCE)

Job Description:
  • Liaise with the authority on compliance issues;
  • Engage with all Heads of Department to ensure that all relevant statutes, rules, and regulations are followed;
  • Conduct research on any new rules, regulations, orders, circulars, guidelines, etc. by the authorities related to PAAB;
  • Prepare Master Implementation Plan (“MIP”);
  • Organize meetings with authority external stakeholders from time to time to establish networking and resolve issues;
  • Issue correspondences with authority/ stakeholders on compliance, requirement and all related matters therein; and
  • Prepare a compliance matrix on all compliance to every statute, rule, regulation, order, circular, guideline, and so on for the convenience of all HODs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law;
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in legal & compliance;
  • Strong computer skills especially MS Office applications;
  • Must have good analytical skills and business acumen mindset;
  • Possess a good teamwork attitude and energetic;
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communications skills especially in report writing; and
  • Good working attitude and willingness to travel.


2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

Main responsibilities:

Assist the Recruitment & Employee Relations Manager in managing employee relations matters by providing effective and efficient administrative and operational support to all Divisions in meeting their Human Resource needs.

Tasks:
  • Implement all employee relations activities for the Company including handling all matters pertaining to employee misconduct, counseling, Domestic Inquiry, grievances, sexual harassment and performance improvement program in accordance with the Company Policy, Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act;
  • Carry out investigations on any reported disciplinary issues, employee grievances and sexual harassment cases, as well as participate in Domestic Inquiry as a prosecutor. This includes attending to reports from Integrity & Governance Department on HR’s related matters;
  • Responsible for monitoring staff attendance and ensuring all disciplinary action process has been taken accordingly;
  • Create a harmonious working environment by mediating labour disputes and grievances between employees and management;
  • Monitor and assist in ensuring the Company’s compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and any other Act in relation to employment;
  • Advise and provide support to the Company on labour disputes if referred to Labour Department or Industrial Relations department, and represents the company where necessary;
  • Support in developing relationships with relevant government agencies, HR/ IR Consultants and HR practitioners in order to remain up-to-date on best Human Resource and Industrial Relations practices;
  • Participate in the induction program as a presenter on the subject of employee relations;
  • Prepare and send reports on employee relations matters as requested by the Management; and
  • Other jobs related as instructed by the Management and/or Immediate Superior.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Law or its equivalent;
  • At least four (4) or more years of Human Resource/ Legal/ Employee Relations experience;
  • Good computer skills especially in MS Office applications;
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communications skills especially in report writing;
  • Must have good leadership, discipline, analytical skills and business acumen mindset; and
  • Good working attitude, possess a driving license and willing to travel.
