Positions:
1. ACCOUNTS & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Close date : 10 April 2023
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations & accounting roles.
- Handle AR and AP functions
- Monitor company cash flow payment
- To key in accurate & efficient data into company accounting’s system
- Responsible to do reconciliations of creditor’s statement of account
- Responsible for month end closing to ensure timelines & accuracy for Management Reports
- Liaise with customer / banker / auditor / tax agent
- Perform ad-hoc job assigned by superior.
- Any other task related to job scope when deemed necessary by the management.
Requirement:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year experience in accounting / audit work
- Required language (s) – English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Required skill (s) – MS Excel, MS Office
- Responsible, good communication, positive attitude, reliable, willing to learn
- Initiative & ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in UBS & SAP (B1) will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
