Job Purpose
Responsible in developing, managing and executing digital programs and operations with the aim to promote Petrosains' mission of stimulating in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic (STEM) learning through engaging and impactful educational experiences that add values to the company's CSR/CSI efforts nationwide.
Key Accountabilities
o Plan and develop creative, innovative and exciting STEM content through research, planning and trialing to ensure all program offerings are aligned to the company's STEM content guiding principles ,relevant and significant to the latest and current digital world.
o Communicate STEM content digitally via educational training programs in increasing knowledge, understanding and appreciation of STEM in the effort to attain higher values among internal and external customers.
o Evaluate digital programs, activities and content through feedback, lessons learnt, compilation of impact achieved for improvisation to ensure on programs and activities relevancy
o Plan and strategize for collaborative partnership engagement with relevant institutions to increase STEM digital sustenance and capabilities through intelligent rapport building initiatives and collaborative approach.
o Ensure on the execution of procedures and guidelines that might affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard PETROSAINS interest, image and reputation.
Qualification & Experience and Competencies
•Degree in computer science/ mechatronic engineering/ applied sciences/ science in information & communication technology/ science education or any other related field
•Proficient in programming and computer languages to design. develop, modify and simplify digital related projects.
•Digital fluent and skillful in digital STEM communication with basis of latest technology.
•Possess advance skills in the latest Microsoft office suite.
•Excellent science communication skills and highly knowledgeable in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) with 3 years of experience in the related field.
•Willing to relocate, work on roster basis and capable in learning new and latest skills.
