Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the following HR functional areas: Organizational Development, HR Information System, Employee Relations, Staff Welfare, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefit and Recruitment.
  • Establish and implement manpower planning and succession planning frameworks
  • Develop, implement and review employee remuneration package, terms of services, policies and procedures
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management system, establish competency matrix, identify competency gap, implement training and development program
  • Monitor and review on monthly payroll preparation and processing
  • Coordination of Group Administration System including Office Management, General Procurement and Fixed Asset Management
  • Ensure the availability and adequacy of office assets, supplies and facilities.
  • Appoint panel of suppliers / service providers, monitor and evaluate services rendered.
  • Ensure safety of workplace and monitor preventative maintenance of building facilities, company vehicle and office equipments
  • Identify HR and admin corporate risk, monitor disciplinary matter, handle or provide advice on grievance and/or disciplinary issues
  • Participate in yearly budget planning and manage allocated budget effectively
  • Coordination for Group Total Quality Management and Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives
  • Manage and review all HR and admin policies and ensure compliance to all statutory or regulatory requirements
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum 12 years working experience in related field is required.
  • Must have at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of human resources and admin processes, labor law and regulatory requirements
  • Good inter-personal, communication & leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsibility and proactive self starter with strong planning and organizing skills.
