Positions:
1. BUSINESS ANALYST (CONTRACT FOR SERVICE)
Job Requirements:
- Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS).
- Interact and organize sessions with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Identify “as-is” and “to-be” business requirement information.
- Document the business requirement information.
- Create Business Process Diagram and Business Process Description.
- Identify integration points between modules intra-system and inter-systems.
- Verify and validate the content of URS with internal SMEs.
- Review URS with internal SMEs.
- Ensure sign-off of URS document.
- Update URS document if required.
- Review System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and System Design Specifications (SDS).
- Understand business requirement in the URS.
- Act as contact person between internal SMEs and vendor’s System Analyst (SA).
- Review SRS and SDS documents.
- Interact and organize sessions involving internal SMEs and vendor.
- Verify and validate the content of SRS and SDS with internal SMEs.
- Ensure sign-off of SRS and SDS document.
- Participate in development and testing stages.
- Understand requirement from URS, SRS and SDS.
- Act as contact person to the vendor during development stage.
- Prepare, review and verify test plan and test scripts.
- Interact and organize testing and development review sessions with internal SMEs and vendor.
- Participate in testing stages such as User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Final Acceptance Test (FAT).
- Ensure sign-off of UAT and FAT.
Job Descriptions:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Project Management/Business Management/Business Administration/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as business analyst in IT system development projects (1 vacancies); or
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as business analyst in procurement system development projects (2 vacancies); or
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as business analyst in accounting financial system development projects (2 vacancies).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Visio (at least 3 years hands-on experience) as main tool.
- Knowledge in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) would be an advantage.
- Previous working experience using PPrISA and KRISA standards by MAMPU would be an advantage.
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (CONTRACT FOR SERVICE)
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Project Management.
- Required skill(s): Project Management, Transformation Programme.
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in project management and transformation programme.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Project Management.
- Contract position(s) available.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist production of weekly and monthly project progress report
- Assist coordination of Project Working Committee (PWC) meeting and production of minute
- Assist production of report for Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting
- Assist on development of Project Charter Document
- Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Prepare Project Management Plan (PMP)
- Coordinate and Manage User Requirement Specification (URS) development
- Coordinate Tender Specifications development, System Design phase, System User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Final Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Coordinate System Training and System Rollout

Mengenai SSM
Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) merupakan badan berkanun yang terbentuk hasil daripada penggabungan Pejabat Pendaftar Syarikat (ROC) dengan Pejabat Pendaftar Perniagaan (ROB) di Malaysia yang mengawal selia syarikat dan perniagaan. SSM yang mula beroperasi pada 16 April 2002.
Aktiviti utama SSM adalah sebagai sebuah agensi pemerbadanan syarikat dan pendaftaran perniagaan di samping membekalkan maklumat syarikat dan perniagaan kepada orang awam. Sebagai peneraju utama ke arah peningkatan tahap tadbir urus korporat, SSM melaksanakan fungsinya mengawalselia pematuhan perundangan korporat dan pendaftaran perniagaan melalui aktiviti penguatkuasaan dan pemantauan yang komprehensif bagi memastikan perkembangan positif sektor korporat dan perniagaan untuk negara.
