Position:
1. HEAD MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead a team in creating marketing campaigns and promotions for the company.
- Responsible for planning, leading, formulating and overseeing the activities of traditional and digital marketing, maintaining strong public relations and brand image.
- Responsible in providing analysis on the success of marketing campaigns, negotiating with Social Media Influencers, Advertisers, and other Vendors, and coordinating their actions and marketing strategies with other departments.
- Responsible in providing market analysis and competitive intelligence to the company which will keep SIRIM QAS International be more focused; centering the business goals on customer, providing the intelligence to pursue business growth opportunities and reducing business risk.
- Coordinating the conceptualization and development of new market or services that involve all departments.
- Develop the strategy and plan the growth of customer service activity to provide exceptional customer experience with SIRIM QAS International.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts, Major in Communication or Marketing with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Demonstrate experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Data-driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Basic Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Degree / Master in Arts / Social Science / Management Science / Business Management or Administration / Marketing Studies, with minimum 18 years’ working experience.
- Knowledgeable in marketing, branding and customer service activities
