1. OFFICER
Description:
- To answer telephone calls and respond to queries on the phone.
- Welcome visitors at the Reception counter.
- Assist in course inquiries as and when required.
- To assist in events organized by the Institute.
- To handle general administrative work and clerical duties.
- To write articles or news report as and when required.
- Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Administration or any related field. Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in education industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word and Excel is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Must be courteous with pleasant and good telephone etiquette.
- Able to work in a team and requires minimum supervision.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
