Jawatan:
1. SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER/ LEGAL OFFICER, LEGAL UNIT
Job Requirement:
- Possess a Bachelor of Laws – LL.B (Hons);
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar environment, preferably in-house experience;
- Well verse in contract law, company law, corporate law, land law and preferably familiar with the energy law in Malaysia;
- Knowledge on energy policy, electricity supply industry and sustainable energy policy in Malaysia would be highly advantageous;
- Familiar with the government regulatory frameworks;
- Able to draft and review legal documents;
- Able to provide legal opinion and advise on all areas of law;
- Able to identify legal issues and provide solutions from legal perspective;
- Knowledge in drafting and reviewing any principal, subsidiary and amending legislations; and
- Able to conduct research or studies on legal matters.
Potential candidates must possess the following:
- Presentable and confident.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize daily works.
- Ability to work under pressure and with all levels of society.
- Proactive and able to work independently and as a team.
- Meticulous in work with strong attention to details.
- Excellent in both spoken and written Malay and English.
