  • To answer telephones calls, take messages, handle inquiries or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • To complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • To locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
  • To schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or superiors
  • To set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • To manage projects for example Clinical Pathway data entry
  • To communicate via electronic mails and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations
  • To operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems
  • To use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
  • To order stationaries and record the usage
  • To accomplish work responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • To file and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science / Office Management or its equivalent.
  • Proficient both in writing and conversing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in computing, power point, excel, word.
