Positions:
1. INDUSTRIAL NURSE

Job Description:
1) Responsible for managing Company in-house clinic operation including:
a) Assisting visiting doctor in employee medical examination, treatment and dispensing of medication.
b) Controlling and monitoring of supplies and medications stocks.
c) Ensuring patients’ data are recorded and up to date.
2) Provide first aid assistance to employee or contacts any of the panel doctors or hospital to arrange for further treatment, when needed.
3) Liaise with health benefit administration vendor and handle inquiry from employees related to health benefit.
4) Maintain and replenish items for first aid box on request.
5) Check, verify and approve claims for dental, optical, maternity expenses.
6) Monitor, comply and analyze information/data related to employee health issues, which are known or suspected of being real or potential detriments to health.
7) Develop and organize employee health awareness program.
8) Organize medical surveillance activities, conduct audiometric test and medical surveillance test.
9) Attend ESH Committee meeting and conduct inspections or audits in EM premises, cafe and TASKA.
10) Responsible as auditor to ensure safety and health compliance.
11) Arrange with vendor or conduct Covid-19 test to employees when necessary.
12) Oversees EM Taska / Day Care Center operations.
13) Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
14) Work with ESH team on Covid-19 related issues.
