Positions:
1. ASSISTANT MANAGER, PLANNING & DESIGN
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspect of technical fiber design and planning
- Assist on Pre-Sales activities that focusses on passive fibre network design and deployment projects as well as liaising with customers
- Facilitate and control all departmental activities, such as planning and design of the Fiber Optic Infrastructure Network, Internet IP transit Exchange and Network Operation Centre (NOC) within timeline and SLA.
- Manage internal and third party team to produce high quality design on HFC, FTTX and B2B network.
- Manage the department in justifying the decision making of any technical matters for CAPEX & OPEX.
- Participate in related matters pertaining to the service requirements network reliability and act as the focal person on any proof of concept (POC) project roll out within the budget and authorization with third parties (Vendor of Partners).
- Coordinate with the Business Support Service division in handling with customer demands, query and provide technical support in any pre-sales campaign and marketing promotion.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering preferably Telecommunication Engineering with at least 8 years of working experiences in telecommunication or IT networking with at least 3 years in a management position.
- Team-oriented, good interpersonal, leadership and facilitation skills.
- Broad cross-functional experiences in the telecommunication industry, particularly in network planning and infrastructure.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure and strong customer service orientation
