1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Description:
- To assist the project team in the implementation of projects undertaken by the Company at all stages, from project's inception.
- To provide technical support in term of contract and costing matters for all development/ construction aspects.
- Stay updated on the latest cost in the construction industry.
- Scrutinize variation order costs submitted by the contractor based on market rates.
- Appointment of technical consultants
- Tender/RFP exercise for appointment of contractor
- Tender evaluation
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry especially in QS role.
