1. MERCHANT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (ONLINE CASHBACK)
Requirements:
- Having an eCommerce background is an advantage; At least 1-5 years of experience in Account/Client Management, Business Development or Partnership
- Good stakeholder and team management skills to achieve outstanding results
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape and consumer trends in Malaysia
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, comfortable with middle and senior-level negotiations
- Always be looking for new ways to develop, grow and broaden relationships with merchants
- Able to think out of the box in conceptualizing ideas for merchant acquisition and management; creativity and logical thinking would be key
- Ability to derive and convey actionable insights from research and data
- Self-motivated and driven to excel
- Enthusiastic and effective problem solver
