1. IN-STORE COACH, RETAIL


Job Description

As an In-store Coach, support the Own Retail as well as omni-channel business delivering best in class training to the retail field staff to enable them in their roles to be a commercially- and customer-minded retail field workforce that thinks and "trades" like a vertical retailer and to continuously improve retail store KPIs.

Accountabilities:

Business alignment & KPIs focus
  • Training effectiveness to be measured against KPIs (NS, MSP, NPS, Campaign Sell Thru and etc)
  • Develop, establish and manage the retail training calendar in coordination with RBO & Marketing Calendar
  • Independent regular structured store visits (Retail & Franchise) conducted with constructive action plans for with prompt follow ups to address business gaps
  • Feedback observations from the store visits and liaise with Retail OPS manager to address areas of improvements
  • Document all trainings conducted and monitor training hours per headcount/participant
  • Provide coordination and training support for any HR Retail or Retail initiative, i.e. new store opening, promotions, sales events etc. as assigned
