Positions:
1. ASSISTANT MANAGER LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Job Description:
- Conduct competency gap assessment and department TNA.
- Develop structured Talent Management Framework and implement integrated development initiatives through Learning Roadmap.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
- Lead a group of in-house trainers and deliver in-house training programme.
- Source for relevant courses, and administers course registrations, HRD Corp claims.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and development programme and recommend changes in order to meet training objectives.
- Identify critical positions and successors for Succession Planning as well as to review the effectiveness of Talent Management activities.
- Actively involve in Onboarding training for new hires and develop a structured Internship program.
- Engage with respective Learning Institutions for SLDN Programme
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in L&D function with at least five (5) years’ experience at managerial level.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills.
