1. ASSISTANT MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION


Job Summary:

Overall responsible for the recruitment, training, employee relations, employee benefit, compensation, payroll, statutory, staff leaves and performance management functions within the hospital.


Job Description:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master in Human Resource Management
  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions within the hospital.
  • Develop, review and implement HR policies & procedures, and department accountabilities in areas of talent management, succession planning, compensation & benefits, administration, learning & development, employee relations, and employment act compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate the selection and recruitment of staff with other Department Heads.
  • Oversee staff payroll and remuneration including annual increments etc and ensure compliance to statutory body and regulations. Well versed with HR2000.
  • Oversees and manages staff benefits ie: medical, insurance, uniforms etc.
  •  Manage the performance management of staff.
  • Manage disciplinary issues and handle the staff grievances and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate effective in-house/external training for staff.
  • Oversees the career development of staff via promotion and staff development.
  • Oversees administration functions including hospital license renewal, consultant contract agreements, outsource contract renewal etc.
  • Highly developed organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Effectively interact at all levels, resourceful, and an effective team player.
  • Assist in other operational matters as required by the GM.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
