Division Integrated Service Desk

Employment : Contract - Project
Type  : Executive
No. of Vacancies : 10

Area of Responsibilities:

1. Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on service assurance / improvement matters related to customer’s contract.

2. Prepare and present monthly service performance report with details analysis for Customer and TM internal divisions to ensure Clients’ network. & Value added services are being maintain in excellent working condition.

3. Execute, diagnose and implement service improvement to avoid repetitive issue or faulty.

4. Track and monitor the Planned Maintenance Work activity (initiated by Client/Network Team) to ensure all activities are in order and completed within the approved duration.

5. Coordinate fault management and escalation support to appropriate team during the occurrence of service failure or downtime.

6. Respond and update in timely manner for critical and high impact service fault reported, in order to meet Client satisfaction. At the same time escalate to minimize Clients’ service interruption and service rebate & penalties, whenever necessary.

7.Work with 2nd/3rd level support team for system patches update and support (based on complication of the issue).

8. Execute as well as to coordinate planned and ad-hoc meeting with customer and Network teams on issues pertaining to the network quality and service improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 years in HP Router, HP Switch and other related equipment/tools/software.

2. Minimum 1 years in Cisco Product including Cisco Router, will be an added advantage.

3. Minimum 1 years in Telecommunication Industry - especially in engineering field works or ICT Technology, will be an added advantage.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Education in Degree (Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any equivalent field ot study. )
