Positions:

1. MANAGER, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop compensation and benefits strategies and frameworks to achieve employee attraction, motivation and retention objectives.

2. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of compensation and benefits Executives to ensure the compensation and benefits strategy is implemented effectively by setting the appropriate targets and proactively manage actual performance against targets within the Compensation and Benefits unit.

3. Advise top management on trends and best practices in Compensation and Benefits

4. Provide and prepare recommendations to management committees, as appropriate, based on research and evaluation of market competitiveness studies (external equity), internal equity and consistency with the rewards philosophy.

5. Prepare/conduct rewards benchmarking and gap analysis on competitive positioning as required and in support of the annual rewards distribution recommendations/proposals, budgets and packages.

6. Implementation of the annual rewards cycle encompassing annual salary increments, short term incentives and recognition across Division(s) which includes reviews, communication, follow through, verification and calculation of pay-outs.

7. Manage the implementation of the annual performance cycle which includes ensuring timeliness and accuracy of individual Scorecards submissions and communication of general instructions.

8. Liaison with Divisions for the dissemination of key communication messages and instructions relating to compensation and benefits, performance management and the corresponding system administration matters, if any.

9. Assessment of performance targets and measures included in individual Scorecards for alignment to corporate and/or Division objectives and quality in relation to job description(s), expectation(s) and pay for performance.


Academic qualifications &   professional certificates:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
  • Additional experience in talent management strategies, performance management & rewards strategies and a demonstrated ability to implement developed strategies.
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience in line function roles with 8 years in managerial roles
