Position:
1. EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
Internal and External Communications:
- Strategize impactful internal and external communications plans that are aligned to the organization's goals. i.e. (Workplace, email, newsletter and LinkedIn)
- Develop, manage and informative content and refine its core messaging in line with Group Corporate Communications (GCC) guidelines to promote MMS and its group of company through consistent brand messaging, customers and stakeholders’ engagement to increase brand recognition and awareness.
- Coordinate and supervise all designated area of publication of corporate literature and marketing communication materials including but not limited to Annual Reports, Corporate Profile, Corporate Brochures and Corporate Videos in consultation with GCC.
Branding:
- Lead and manage all branding initiatives and lead the creative talent in establishing MMS brand.
Corporate Merchandise:
- Lead and manage all corporate merchandise matter i.e. procurement, design and distribution.
Client And Staff Relationship Management:
- Conduct customer survey on the service rendered by MMS expert (MO, PTM, MD etc.)
- Analyze, identify and report the gap for company improvement
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communication.
- Bachelor in Corporate Communication/Mass Communication.
- Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
