Company Overview
When the Late YAB Tun Hussein Onn was the Chairman of Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB) (1975 - 1990), he realized the necessity to have a dedicated Eye Hospital which will provide state-of-the-art Eye care to the Malaysians to prevent unnecessary blinding disorders. As funds were limited in MAB, he worked relentlessly in procuring funds through public donations. Through his leadership and untiring work MAB managed to raise the funds and the building started to take shape.
A 5-storey building was put up in Lorong Utara B in the land belonging to MAB. Many equipments were donated by well-wishers such as JICA. On 22nd March, 1986, a soft launch of the hospital services was officiated by the late YAB Tun Hussein Onn. It was a unique ceremony where all religious Heads blessed the Hospital and the eye hospital in the country was ready to receive its first patient. In recognition of Tun’s leadership in this project and his many years of dedicated service to MAB and its prevention of blindness programmes, the Hospital was named after him as the “Tun Hussein Onn Eye Hospital”. On March 21, 1987, His Royal Highness, Sultan of Selangor officially opened the Hospital.

Positions:
1. BILLING ASSISTANT
Outpatients Bills:
- Key-in Charge Note, Booking Form, etc. information into the HIS
- Check all entries in HIS, Outpatient Bills and ensure it is correct
- If self-pay, to collect payment from the Patient or the next-of-kin, in the mode of payment acceptable to the Organisation
- If Guarantee Letter, ensure that the Insurance / Company will cover the entire services provided / medication or items dispensed, else collect the payment for non-coverage services provided / medication or items dispensed from the Patient. To liaise with the staff involved with the processing of Insurance / Company (as required), to ensure the Bills are submitted to the respective Organisation in a timely manner.
- At the end-of-day, ensure the respective collection report are prepared / updated, and all the collections (Cash, Credit or Debit Card, Bank-in, etc.) matches with the Collection Report from the HIS.
- Timely response to all queries
- Always be courteous and pleasant towards the Patients
2. HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
- To prepare and check of payroll inputs; processing monthly payroll, reconciliation and generate all payroll reports
- Ensure timely payment of staff monthly salary, income tax, EPF, SOCSO and HRDF
- Maintain personnel files of Employees such that the personnel files are updated and made to correctly reflect the current status on a minimum of monthly basis
- To check and calculate staff monthly OT claims and documents checking
- To manage and monitor staff medical claim and entitlement including staff reimbursement
- To monitor and manage staff insurance matters including monthly addition/deletion, request payment for debit notes and any other payment that required from time to time
- To manage staff outpatient medical benefit including addition/termination, issuing manual ticket and monitoring utilization limit.....
