1. HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any other equivalent discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist in a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Talent Development.
- Must be a strong self-starter and have a proactive “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work through constraints and ambiguities and deliver high-quality results
- Able to deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all HR-related matters, particularly when dealing with sensitive personnel matters Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to develop rapport with stakeholders at all levels
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER, PERFORMANCE & REWARD
HR Reporting:
- Prepare HR analytics & reports
Annual budget:
- Assist in planning, preparing & monitoring the annual HR budget
Other Duties:
- Assist the supervisor in administering and updating the HR policies, including the Employee Handbook
- Assists the supervisor in driving HR related projects and any ad-hoc initiatives within HR functions.
- Performs any other tasks as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
