Position:

1. EXECUTIVE, ADMINISTRATION & SECURITY

Job Description:

• Responsible for the operational of all aspect of security system and management with the assistance of the Security Commander (“SC”) to oversee the daily workflow, schedules, activities, workplace, training and all related security matters in Headquarters, Regional Offices, and branches.
• Coordinate and planning for the unexpected any abnormalities scenario in securities when it occurs like breach, burglary, fire, pandemic, or any natural disaster to ensure the effectiveness of Business Continuity Management. Responsible to take the proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors. 
• Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
• Coordinate, manage, monitor, and carry out inspections and spot checks to determine gaps and compliance level to legal requirements, ISO Management system standard and company procedures and directives, interpret results, highlights findings and recommend practicable solution where needed to the in house and outsource security.
• Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or other company properties/asset.
• Recruiting, training and supervising security guard in HQ and Regional offices.
• Recommend and coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning of security equipment designed to increase efficiency of security operations at facilities.
• Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Security Management/Business Administration or any other related discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from security industry.
• Former police with the position of Inspector is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedure and able to manage the security guard at the field.  
• Able to conduct security assessments for organizations and design security systems and processes.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Powerpoint, Excel and Word or related software.
