Position:

1. HEAD | QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Job Description:

Strategize, manage, implement and monitor quality management initiatives in the following areas:
  • Plan and implement initiatives to ensure organization compliance to the latest internal (EPF Act, Rules & Regulations, Policies) and external regulations (e.g AMLA, PDPA, ISO, Sustainability Governance etc.).
  • Maintenance of MS ISO9001:2015 certification inclusive of appointment of certification bodies, management review, audit activities and recertification and documentation taskforce.
  • Research, strategize, design, implement, test, monitor and report the quality programs implemented.
  • Develop, review and update methodologies and tools for Quality Assurance and Control for Service Delivery Division.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve desired quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate the activities required to meet the quality standards set and ensure consistency, and compliance to internal and external requirements.
  • Monitoring and advising on the performance of quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.
  • Manage and implement internal communication program and provide advisory service to equip all staffs with knowledge and awareness on the importance of quality management including related tools.

Job Requirements:
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in the field of Business Administration/ Management or equivalent qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Quality Management industries
  • Experience of developing and managing compliance monitoring programmes
  • High integrity with strong analytical, result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners
  • Good report-writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English language

2. DEPUTY MANAGER | DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY AUDIT

Job Description:

Work assigned is not limited to the job scope listed below :
  • Reporting to the Head of Unit / Section.
  • Responsible to develop audit programs and perform IT security control audits/process reviews.
  • Assess the adequacy of the system-related security configuration controls.
  • Identify risk solutions to prevent loss of data, enhance the data protection mechanisms and controls throughout the organization.
  • Validate and independently test from an organizational aspect the application security, operating system security, database security, network security, cloud security, mobile application, third-party service provider, and exposure to cyber security threats.
  • Advise and participate in project management activities and controls taking into account the agile development methodology approach and staying abreast of the latest/relevant cyber security threats and technology development.
  • Review disaster recovery plan activities and conduct regulatory audits.
  • Report summary of audit findings to Management / Head of Section / Head of Department, drawing attention to areas of particular concern, weakness or improvement points and making recommendations for further actions to address any issues.
  • Continuous effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital technology audit process and reporting.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.

Job Requirements:
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Not below 21 years old on the closing date of application
  • Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Governmentl
  • Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the Government from any local or overseas higher learning institutions or equivalent Professional Qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Information Security / Network Security / Cyber Security or fields related thereto. Those with professional qualifications or certifications (CISA / CISSP / CISM / MCSE / CCENT / CCNA / LA ISO27001:2005) will have added advantage.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in IT security / IT audit / IT operation and IT risk management.
  • Good knowledge of cyber security, network security, database security, AS400, Windows security, UNIX security, and IT governance framework. Knowledge of computer-assisted audit techniques (i.e. ACL) will be an added advantage.
  • High integrity with strong analytical, result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Good report-writing, communication, and presentation skills in both Malay and English language

3. HEAD OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Job Description:
  • Design and deliver a holistic industrial relations strategy with the key focus on continuous enhancement in all related aspects.
  • Manage relationships with unions and ensuring that the organisation’s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
  • To investigate and resolve complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis to ensure more positive outcomes can be achieved.
  • To collaborate and work collectively with companywide levels to ensure the smooth development and enhancement of employee benefits and other mandated related matters.
  • Strategize internal IR directions, create internal policies, and serve as an in-house advisor on all matters pertaining to collective bargaining and other company-wide issues.
  • Build and foster the ER skills and expertise within the HR Division.
  • Build strong networks with related external parties and keep abreast of the latest industrial relations practices.
  • To keep HR Division updated on the latest trends related to employment legislation and industrial agreements across domestic as well as international labour issues and challenges.

Job Requirements:
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Above 21 years old upon the closing date of application
  • Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
  • Possess at least a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree (Honours) in Human Resource Management/ Legal Studies/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Psychology, or related fields recognised by the Malaysian Government from any local or overseas higher learning institutions, or a qualification recognized as equivalent.
  • Preferably with 5-10 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Well versed with EPF Act, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Act and prevailing HR practice legislations.
  • Has excellent skills in communication and persuasion.
  • Possesses robust skills in decision making and problem solving.
  • Ability to formulate medium and long-term IR strategy.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
