Position:
1. SYSTEM ANALYST
Salary : RM 2,700 - RM 3,780
The System Analyst will implement, maintain and support IT applications to meet the business needs of clients in the organisation and scale as organisation grows. System Analyst to analyse client requirements, create tests and develop specifications and requirements to be used as reference during development activity. System Analyst will also work independently or in a team to develop the application according to the specifications agreed upon by the client.
The System Analyst will be involved in the following applications stated below:
i. Convocation Systems;
ii. Convocation Queue Management System;
iii. iRMS (integrated Research Management System);
iv. Career Connect website;
v. and other internal/external project(s)
Key Responsibilities:
1-To plan, to analyze and design applications based on client requirement.
2-To prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) documentations based on the analysis done.
3-Responsible to provide solution and troubleshoot for end user.
4-Responsible to deliver the application within the timeline given.
5-Responsible to ensure the application is fully tested and zero bugs before deployment.
6-Responsible to do the backup of the system and database in a timely manner.
7-Responsible to make sure the application/server is running smoothly.
8-To prepare document tender, proposal and presentation to potential client when needed.
9-To prepare training documentations and conduct training for the end user.
10-To prepare SLA monthly report for MPU on MMU Service Desk.
11-To carry out other duties and functions as directed by the Senior Manager of MPU, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of NICE.
