1. EXECUTIVE, IT & ADMIN
Academic Qualification & Experiences
• Possess a recognized Diploma or undergraduate degree in IT (or equivalent).
Relevant Experience & Skills
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience in IT with a similar capacity.
• Resourceful; able to use own initiative to get the job done.
• Meticulous when preparing and reviewing documents, especially when it comes to accuracy and language.
• Good computer skills with competency in MS Office software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
2. SENIOR TECHNICIAN, IT
Kelulusan / Pengalaman / Kemahiran
• Diploma Komputer Sains / Diploma Teknologi Maklumat.
• Kemahiran penggunaan ICT yang cekap dan efektif.
• Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang IT tidak kurang daripada 3 tahun.
• Memantau dan menganalisa log/laporan supaya dapat mengenalpasti masalah.
• Bekerjasama dengan Jurutera Sistem dan membuat lawatan tapak untuk penyelesaian yang segera.
• Menguji dan membetulkan peralatan yang bermasalah.
3. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Academic Qualification & Experiences
• Possess a Degree in Accountancy / Finance or Diploma in Accountancy / Finance with sufficient experiences or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Relevant Experience & Skills
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software.
• Knowledge in SAP System.
• Business report writing.
• Time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
4. HEAD, CORPORATE FINANCE & PLANNING SECTION
Academic Qualification & Experiences
• Possess a Degree in Accountancy or Professional Certificate in Accountancy (ACCA, or equivalent). MIA member is an advantage.
Relevant Experience & Skills
• Preferably 7- 9 years of working experience in related field with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity.
• Experience in audit, financial reporting and taxation, will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in financial & accounting standards (MFRS), Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, SST Act, and other financial and taxation statutory requirements would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in SAP FICO module & PM module are advantageous.
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Able to manage own workload, set and meet deadlines and operate independently with minimum levels of supervision

Pursuant to the privatisation agreement dated 31st December 1993 (“Privatisation Agreement”) entered between the Government of Malaysia, Penang Port Commission (“PPC”) and Penang Port Sdn Bhd (“PPSB”), Penang Port shall operate, manage, provide operational facilities, and port services in the Port of Penang to control, maintain, construct, improve, and develop the Port commencing 1st January 1994.
Penang Port houses a plethora of services, lending itself well as a multipurpose port that provides unique value towards the growth of industries in Penang. Being situated in Penang is also a major game-changer, as Penang is strategically linked to the Indonesia – Malaysia – Thailand Growth Triangle (IMTGT). The IMT-Growth Triangle promotes private-sector led economic growth, facilitates the development of the sub-region as a whole by addressing complementarities, and comparative advantages of the member countries.
